Personal welcome
An explanation of how the chalet works, tips and good addresses for your stay.
Cleaning
On arrival and departure, plus 2 × 2 hours of cleaning during your stay for any full week.
Household linen & beds made up
Toiletries & welcome groceries
Shampoo, shower gel and soap in every bathroom. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper… for your first meals.
All utilities included
Water, electricity, gas, firewood, Wi-Fi internet, tourist tax, VAT.

On request, we can provide a no-obligation quote for the services you need:
Baby kit — travel cot, high chair, changing mat
These services are arranged with local providers; it's best to request them when booking rather than once you arrive.
Note on electric vehicle charging: consumption is read from a separate meter and charged at the current EDF rate. The amount is deducted from the deposit.
